You are free to use the whole house, we just ask that you take care of and respect the property! There is an owners closet in the laundry room that we ask that you do not take items out of.

This home is perfect for your family gathering, group retreat, and friends trip! The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need - utensils, pots, and pans, a drip coffee maker, keurig, pressure cooker, and more! The garage is stocked with 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, oars, 10+ life jackets, 2 bikes, 4 bike helmets, 2 fishing poles, and corn hole! There are two dining tables with 14 chairs total. There are 7 TVs with Roku's throughout the house as well as 500+ DVDs for the movie theater. The house is located just down the street from the Tunnel Vision trail so it is a bike in and bike out experience. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and an ironing board.

The stay was very comfortable. We cooked most days and worked remotely from different dining areas, which worked out perfectly. The gym equipment, sauna, pool table, and ping pong table were especially fun. We even used the telescope one evening. The home is dog friendly, and we truly have no negative feedback. It would be a great option for a large family, and we would absolutely return. The location is convenient, about 15–30 minutes from Bentonville and Fayetteville, and roughly an hour from Eureka Springs. Everything in the Airbnb description was accurate, and it was helpful that Walmart delivers. We had a great time hiking and biking. Phat Tire at the Sculpture Park, located at the neighborhood entrance, is convenient if you want to rent a bike and explore the trails. While the Airbnb does offer bikes, we chose an e-bike since we had our pup with us and needed help with the extra weight. We enjoyed riding around the sculpture park and a few beginner-friendly trails.

Jack’s place was very cozy, had lots of activities for us of the kids to do at the house, and the setting was absolutely beautiful! We had a great time and would love to visit again in the future!

Jack and his team are clearly passionate about the services they provide. Instructions were clear on everything, the place was spotless, everyone in our group felt at HOME — he’s a great host. What we were most impressed by, however, was the attention to detail. There was no diluted hand soap, body wash, shampoo, etc. ANYWHERE! There was access to everything you could possibly need and more: batteries, flashlights, tools, extra bikes and helmets, tape, a panini press lol, he had EVERYTHING! Will be coming back the following year no doubt. Big hank you to Jack and his team.
